Design, build, and maintain low-latency OMS and EMS platforms
Contribute to pricing, research, and trading models for equities and ETFs
Deepen expertise in exchange protocols, order book dynamics, and connectivity
Optimize market data pipelines for speed, scale, and reliability
Collaborate with FPGA teams to leverage hardware acceleration
Work cross-functionally to refine execution logic and market impact models
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of U.S. equities and/or ETF market structure
Strong C++ skills
Proven experience with low-latency trading systems, market data ingestion, and execution
Familiarity with exchange connectivity and order matching
Strategic mindset with a practical, hands-on approach
Ability to set direction, promote best practices, and drive performance improvements
