Sales Account Manager - Passive components and capacitors
Employvision Inc. is an innovative company in the Electronic Components industry, seeking a Sales Account Manager to lead strategic accounts and drive new business. The role involves managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Own and grow strategic customer accounts , serving as the primary point of contact
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market conditions and business goals
Drive design-ins, reference designs, and new business development
Manage quoting, pricing, contracts, forecasting, and sales reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, distributors, and global teams
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities
Deliver customer presentations and support product promotion initiatives
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer engagements
Interest in or exposure to electronic components / OEM products
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Japanese language skills are a plus (not required)
