Mid LevelRobert Half is seeking a Producer for their Art Pipeline Team, responsible for managing workflows and schedules in a centralized art and content pipeline organization. The role focuses on ensuring smooth progress from concept to final delivery without hands-on content creation.

Responsibilities
Own and drive production work from initial concept through full production, review, and final delivery
Manage end-to-end workflows, including dependencies, handoffs, and sequencing across multiple teams
Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and process gaps, and proactively implement solutions
Facilitate clear communication and alignment between technical, creative, and review teams
Track progress, priorities, and deliverables using project management tools, with heavy use of JIRA
Oversee production that begins with foundational assets and frameworks (e.g., shaders, visual systems, core asset structures)
Ensure assets move efficiently through downstream teams for refinement and integration
Coordinate final review stages prior to release, ensuring readiness and adherence to quality expectations
Maintain visibility into the full production lifecycle and ensure smooth transitions between all stages
Qualification
Required
Experience working within art or content production pipelines, preferably in games, real-time graphics, VFX, animation, or similar technical creative environments
Familiarity with industry-standard content creation tools such as Maya, Unreal Engine, 3DS Max, Substance, or comparable software
Strong understanding of how creative and technical tools are used in production workflows
Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage complex production pipelines across multiple teams
Advanced proficiency with JIRA and production tracking systems
