Responsibilities
Prepare long-range planning and latest business estimate decks, templates, and month-end close materials
Develop pipeline, demand variance, and year over year and quarter over quarter schedules for reporting
Set up data files and perform initial forecasting analysis for leadership review
Support monthly consolidations and roll-forward forecasting templates and reporting decks
Ensure data consistency and alignment across forecasting systems and reports
Analyze actual sales results and translate forecasts into actionable business insights
Provide ad-hoc financial and forecasting analysis to support business needs
Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency
Maintain data integrity and compliance with internal controls and reporting standards
Support change management initiatives and adoption of new tools and forecasting methodologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of six years of experience in commercial finance, revenue forecasting, financial planning and analysis, or financial reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations
High proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with complex data sets and delivering insights under short turnaround times
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Preferred
Prior experience in pharmaceutical or consumer industry forecasting
Knowledge of SAP, Business Planning and Consolidation, or Power BI
Experience with commercial volume forecasting tools and methodologies
