Responsibilities
Design retail promotional assets for CPG programs, including in‑store offer spaces, promotional signage, logo lockups, packaging‑adjacent materials, and point‑of‑sale designs
Translate promotional objectives into thoughtful, effective design solutions that balance brand standards with retail execution
Develop promotional creative for events, retail programs, and marketing campaigns, ensuring strong visual hierarchy and clarity of offer
Produce deliverables such as brochures, event collateral, promotional one‑sheets, and branded assets
Review and refine creative work to ensure it is not only visually strong but effective and fit‑for‑purpose in a retail environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related fields
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Proven experience designing promotional materials for retail environments (in‑store displays, offers, packaging support, POS, or event materials)
Strong conceptual thinking skills—able to explain design rationale, not just execute visuals
Clear understanding of how copy, layout, and imagery work together to communicate an offer effectively
A portfolio that demonstrates strong design thinking, not just aesthetics—showing work that solves business or marketing challenges
The ability to work independently as a creative thinker, not solely as production support
Excellent attention to detail, with a strong sense of typography, color, and visual hierarchy
5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on retail, promotional, or CPG‑related work
Preferred
Familiarity with or interest in transitioning to Figma
