Customer Success Account Manager

The Customer Success Account Manager oversees client accounts, serves as the main point of contact for client needs, and utilizes their expert knowledge to support and enhance client relationships.

Responsibilities
Plans and monitors weekly client meetings including:
Delivery of Weekly Business Reviews, focusing on performance metrics for online retail channels
Forecasting Reviews tailored for e-commerce growth strategies
Application Troubleshooting and Technical Support for marketplace optimization tools
End User Training Sessions on leveraging technology to improve sales and reduce channel conflict
Updates to Client Records for QA and compliance
Enaction of new modules within the application to enhance retail operations
Maintains proper document control of all client records including client scopes, input files, and management of external file storage sites
Utilizes cross-functional resource management of product teams, including reporting, deployment, and product development, with an emphasis on online retail platforms
Identifies risks and takes a resolution-oriented approach to addressing client issues, especially within the e-commerce and omnichannel environments
Helps identify key business opportunities, including strategies to improve sales performance on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and other third-party sellers
Performs all other duties as assigned, including carrying out responsibilities, performing duties, using skills, and working in conditions necessary to perform all assigned tasks
Qualification
Required
Intermediate PowerPoint & Excel Knowledge
Understanding of e-commerce and retail analytics, including sales forecasting and inventory optimization
Desire to take ownership of client accounts and build loyalty to ensure customer retention, with a focus on online sales channels
Public Speaking, Written, and Verbal Communication Skills
Strong sense of hands-on, passionate, persistent approach and the desire to get things done
Bias for Action and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
2–5 years' experience in a business environment, preferably in e-commerce, CPG, retail technology, or SaaS industries
1–2 years of professional, client-facing experience with a focus on relationship management, marketplace strategy, or customer success
Knowledge of online marketplaces like Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, or Walmart Marketplace is highly valued
Attendance is an essential function of the job
