Responsibilities
Review and interpret reinsurance agreements, ensuring accurate setup and execution of treaty terms
Coordinate with underwriting, legal, finance, and actuarial teams to support deal implementation and ongoing management
Responsible for Captive Collateral management including calculating requirements
Qualification
Required
Must have 3+ years of captive experience
Demonstrated ability to create mutually beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders in collaborative projects
5+ years of relevant experience in reinsurance operations, with a strong focus on captive or fronting arrangements
Deep understanding of reinsurance structures (quota share, excess of loss, stop loss) and collateral mechanisms
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
