Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain Okta Identity Cloud, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Adaptive MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Universal Directory
Design and implement advanced identity and access policies, workflows, and automation in Okta
Serve as the primary point of escalation and troubleshooting for complex Okta authentication and integration issues
Integrate Okta with cloud applications and on-premises systems
Develop and maintain secure identity governance processes using Okta LCM and APIs
Collaborate with security, IT, and business teams to align identity management with Zero Trust principles
Monitor logs, alerts, and dashboards to identify anomalies, mitigate threats, and optimize performance
Create and maintain documentation, standards, and training for IT support teams on Okta services
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements for identity management and security
Qualification
Required
Advanced expertise in managing and optimizing Okta Identity Cloud solutions
Experience in administering, configuring, and maintaining Okta Identity Cloud, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Adaptive MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Universal Directory
Ability to design and implement advanced identity and access policies, workflows, and automation in Okta
Experience serving as the primary point of escalation and troubleshooting for complex Okta authentication and integration issues
Experience integrating Okta with cloud applications and on-premises systems
Ability to develop and maintain secure identity governance processes using Okta LCM and APIs
