Benefits Advisor

The Benefits Advisor will engage with businesses to provide information about Aflac’s suite of employee-paid benefits and assist employees in selecting the best solutions for their needs.
Responsibilities
Engage with businesses to provide information about Aflac’s suite of employee-paid benefits
Educate employees about their options
Assist in selecting the best solutions for their needs
Prospecting potential clients
Conducting benefits consultations
Providing excellent customer service
Supporting ongoing client relationships
Participating in and leading training sessions to enhance expertise in Aflac’s offerings
Qualification
Required
Strong background in Employee Benefits and Insurance to understand and explain products and services effectively
Proficiency in Sales and the ability to engage with potential clients and drive enrollment in Aflac benefits
Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
Experience in Training others or participating in ongoing education to support professional growth is an asset
Self-motivated, with strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and provide exceptional on-site client support
Preferred
A background in a related field is preferred
Prior experience in benefits advising, insurance, or sales is advantageous
