Responsibilities
Own financial planning and forecasting for the DTC business
Drive our efforts to better serve new customer segments, launch new insurance products, and/or partnerships offerings
Apply business judgment and financial insights to drive decision making related to unit economics, customer acquisition, operations, core business expansion, and new opportunities
Improve the speed and efficiency of our growth by collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
Apply a data-driven analytical approach to influence decision making and support company leadership in evaluating strategic initiatives
Develop and monitor critical financial performance metrics, and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
Qualification
Required
7+ years of relevant experience, including: 2+ years in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, strategic finance, or consulting (with material CDD / Private Equity experience)
3-5+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or BizOps (with a material data / financial focus) roles at a DTC or consumer-facing company
Deep expertise in DTC unit economics and growth efficiency metrics. This includes a strong understanding of acquisition funnels, cohort analysis, and CLV
Ability to operate at both strategic and highly detailed levels
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
Motivated self-starter with a track record of success and a proven ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks while hitting deadlines. Desire to own and drive projects from Day 1
Stellar academic record with a degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
Preferred
SQL knowledge preferred
Prior experience with Corp Dev / Biz Dev preferred
