Responsibilities

Execute a sophisticated, multi-touch outreach strategy to engage key stakeholders within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in Japan, South Korea, and Singapore
Leverage our AI-powered tools to deliver hyper-personalized messaging and nurture long-term relationships with prospects
Conduct in-depth research to understand the unique challenges and opportunities of our target accounts
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and execute account plans, generate qualified sales opportunities, and achieve revenue targets
Qualify inbound leads and manage AI-driven outreach campaigns
Serve as the primary point of contact for our APAC customers, providing onboarding, training, and ongoing support
Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of the Xeneta platform
Identify and drive expansion opportunities within our existing customer base
Gather customer feedback to inform our product and service development

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in a B2B sales or customer success role, preferably in the SaaS or logistics industry
Strategic thinker with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering value
Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of stakeholders
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Excited by the opportunity to be a part of a company that is transforming an industry
Fluent in English

Preferred

Fluency in Japanese or Korean is a strong plus
