Manage the overall CMMC and CUI Applications portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and compliance deadlines
Oversee resource planning, budget allocation, risk management, and prioritization
Track and report progress across multiple projects and technical workstreams
Facilitate executive communication, steering committee sessions, and status reporting
Identify and mitigate portfolio-level risks that impact compliance milestones
Ensure workstreams deliver consistent documentation, governance, and quality standards
