Originate and manage a portfolio of mortgage loans
Guide applicants through the entire lending process
Evaluate creditworthiness
Maintain knowledge of mortgage products and services
Adhere to state and federal regulations
Provide exceptional customer service
Collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure efficient loan processing
Maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners
Qualification
Required
Experience and proficiency as a Loan Officer within the Mortgage Lending and Mortgage Industry
Knowledge of Underwriting standards and processes
Strong Customer Service skills to effectively assist clients in the lending process
Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
Familiarity with state and federal mortgage regulations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Experience with military banking services or supporting military families is a plus
