Tradeshow Marketing Specialist

They are seeking to hire a Tradeshow Marketing Specialist responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of the company’s trade show program and select advertising initiatives.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage all logistics for trade shows annually, including expos and larger booth-based events
Manage detailed timelines for each event, ensuring all deadlines are met
Coordinate booth requirements, space specifications, and show deliverables in advance of each event
Own all pre-tradeshow preparation, ensuring seamless execution
Manage all trade show materials, including marketing collateral, booth structures, signage, displays, extension cords, hardware, etc
Coordinate packing, shipping, tracking, and return of all materials to and from trade shows
Organize, inventory, and maintain all tradeshow materials; coordinate any repairs or replacements
Point of contact for industry publications and media partners; maintaining a strong relationship
Coordinate advertising placements in collaboration with the marketing team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Min. 3+ years of Event marketing, Tradeshow Coordination and/or Marketing Operations experience
Strong Computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to manage logistics, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable coordinating with vendors, shippers, publications, and internal teams
Exceptional written and verbal Communication skills
Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and execute with precision
