Responsibilities
Maintain and evolve simulation software libraries that model tactical components and operational environments
Define, design, code, test, integrate, and verify embedded simulation software using JIRA, Git, and Confluence
Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, providing technical coaching, career development, and performance feedback
Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities while ensuring adherence to standards, processes, and tools
Lead recruitment, training, salary planning, and competency development; act as the technical conscience for the program
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related sciences
Experience in cybersecurity / Anti Tamper principles
Implementation and Verification & Validation testing
Familiarity with C++
Experience with software design
Must be a US citizen - this position requires a DoD Secret security clearance prior to start
