Qualification
Required
3–7 years in 3PL sales/management

Coaching Mindset
Pricing Expert
Preferred
Experience with Transport Pro (integrated with Circle's visibility tech)
Familiarity with lead generation tools like ZoomInfo + Zembles
Access to DAT, Truckstop, and Circle's internal carrier grading systems
