Qualification
Required
5+ years in full-stack engineering (Python, Django, React/Next.js)

Comfortable with PostgreSQL and GCP-based environments
Strong system design, testing, and debugging skills
Experience leading engineers in agile, product-oriented teams
Pragmatic, collaborative, and product-minded
Preferred
Previous leadership in fast-paced startups
E-commerce, hospitality, or foodtech experience
Familiarity with AI-assisted development environments (e.g., Cursor, Copilot)
