Junior Recruiter
TEAM is an award-winning experiential marketing agency that develops and executes creative marketing campaigns. They are seeking a temp-to-perm Junior Recruiter to manage stakeholder relationships, execute full-cycle recruiting, and maintain professionalism while supporting the Human Resources department.

Responsibilities
Managing stakeholder relationships and partnering with the business to drive hiring
Execute full-cycle recruiting and pipelining plans by recruiting and evaluating job candidates
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent; ensure hiring goals are met
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Work cohesively with and support the Human Resources department for all employment and talent needs
Qualification
Required

Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred
2-3 years of relevant recruiting experience
Previous experience and knowledge of the iCIMS ATS is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
Professional experience in the marketing/advertising industry preferred
Successful track record of direct sourcing candidates
