Responds promptly to all client questions by phone, email, and text
Schedules consultations for customers as needed
Keep detailed records of client interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
Handles customer escalations with the support of the Customer Service Lead
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Proficient in using phone software and headset
Preferred
B.A. or equivalent
3+ years customer service experience
Experience in tree care, lawn care, or related fields
