LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Business Development Coordinator to join its growing Marketing & Business Development team. This role provides essential support across all BD initiatives, including client development, proposal support, and firmwide BD operations.

Responsibilities

Updating and maintaining CRM data and BD databases

Supporting proposal and pitch development, including RFP responses

Coordinating events and assisting with logistics

Maintaining attorney bios, practice descriptions, and key credential materials

Conducting client, market, and industry research

Preparing briefing materials and generating reports for leadership

Supporting cross‑functional BD projects and administrative needs

Qualification

Legal marketing experienceProfessional services experienceCRM familiarityOrganizational skillsAttention to detailTeam collaboration

Required

Professional services experience is required if not from legal

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to handle deadlines, shifting priorities, and collaborative team support

Preferred

Experience in legal marketing strongly preferred

Familiarity with CRM or marketing databases is a plus
