Responsibilities
Lead month-end and year-end close processes
Oversee GL accounting activities, reconciliations, and financial analysis
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
Support audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
Strengthen internal controls and enhance accounting processes
Assist in ERP implementations, system enhancements, or transitions
Provide leadership to accounting teams during periods of growth or change
Step in as interim Controller or Accounting Manager as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
Proven ability to excel in fast-paced or changing environments
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
CPA or MBA is a plus
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is valuable
