Responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive B2B paid search and social campaigns aligned with client KPIs (ROAS, CPA, Pipeline Growth)
Expertly manage and optimize accounts within Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager, ensuring efficient budget allocation and high-performance bidding
Implement advanced bidding strategies (Smart Bidding) and conduct rigorous A/B testing for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion efficiency
Utilize GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (e.g., Agency Analytics, Tableau) to build client-facing reports that translate complex data into actionable insights
Perform in-depth research to identify B2B audience segments, competitor gaps, and high-intent keyword opportunities
Partner with Creative, Content, and Account Management teams to ensure integrated campaign execution and brand consistency
Stay at the forefront of MarTech trends, platform updates, and AI-driven advertising tools to maintain a competitive advantage for our clients

Required

3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and social campaigns, preferably within a B2B agency environment
Proven mastery of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Professional certifications are highly valued
Advanced knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking setup
Expertise in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint for data-heavy presentations
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Workamajig, Basecamp)
Deep understanding of B2B lead generation funnels, buyer personas, and the distinction between MQLs and SQLs
Ability to work with large datasets and data aggregation tools to facilitate high-level campaign optimization
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, business, or a related field
Experience with CRM integration: Salesforce, HubSpot and/or Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms
Experience with advanced data visualization tools: Like Datorama, PowerBI, and/or Tableau
