The Swift Club is a private, members-only dating platform aiming to reshape modern dating culture. They are seeking a Marketing & Brand Partnerships Associate (Intern) to support brand growth and community seeding efforts across key U.S. markets, working directly with the founding team.

Responsibilities
Support the development of partnerships and collaborations with aligned creators, local tastemakers, and cultural communities
Assist in identifying growth and brand opportunities across social, experiential, and paid channels
Contribute to content strategy, campaign planning, and editorial writing
Support seeding efforts to drive organic growth, including outreach to personal networks, communities, micro-influencers, and early users
Contribute to building and activating referral networks to increase app downloads and verified sign-ups
Track outreach, campaign performance, and key marketing metrics
Provide cultural insight and creative input on storytelling, messaging, and launch activations
Qualification
Required
Has a strong interest in branding, media, and culture
Brings a thoughtful, polished communication style, both written and visual
Is organized, self-directed, and comfortable in fast-paced remote environments
Has strong instincts around taste, tone, and brand positioning
Understand the dating app landscape and want to build something better
Must be based in the United States
Current undergraduate student or new grad
