Responsibilities

Produce accurate and persuasive tenders and quotations for public sector clients
Collaborate with Sales Managers and Technical teams to configure offers and respond to customer requirements
Manage the full bid process from initial enquiry to order confirmation, ensuring all deadlines are met
Adapt and create bespoke written responses to maximise evaluation scores
Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and customer service throughout all bid activities

Required

Proven experience producing public sector tenders, quotations, or bids
Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, public sector frameworks, and contract documentation
Excellent written communication, proofreading, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a keen eye for detail
Confident using Excel and Word; GCSEs or equivalent required
Leadership and team coordination skills, with a desire to learn and grow in a commercial environment
Flexibility to meet tight deadlines and attend off-site meetings as required
