Responsibilities
Optimize the flow of epics/features and the value delivered by the Agile Release Train (ART)
Coordinate and facilitate ART ceremonies to ensure smooth operations
Manage dependencies across teams in the ART and provide visibility into the health of epic/feature delivery
Resolve impediments to epic/feature delivery quickly and protect teams from outside disruptions
Qualification
Required
SAFe and Agile coaching
ART ceremony facilitation
Cross-team dependency and risk management
Delivery metrics and flow optimization
Impediment removal and team protection
Preferred
Experience with a globally distributed team
Payments Technology experience
Experience in Change Management
