Shape the outbound system, tools, and tone from day one
Test new outreach angles, keep what works, scrap what doesn’t
Own your numbers and help build the commercial engine behind a national healthcare company
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of BDR or SDR experience so you know the basics
Hungry, sharp, curious
Critical thinker who adapts on the fly
Thrives in an in-office environment where ideas move fast
Comfortable being the first person in the seat
Mission driven and excited about transforming rural healthcare
Wants responsibility early and a clear path to grow
