Business Development Rep – Outside Sales

Prospect, qualify, and initiate sales conversations
Earn trust, uncover opportunities
Initiate conversations with small business owners and presidents
Demonstrate results and take on more of the sales process from first contact to close
Work independently and understand the importance of sales activity metrics
Thrive in an environment where expectations are clear and accountability matters
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience with a track record of success initiating conversations with small business owners and presidents
Experience in cold calling, networking, and social selling
Experience selling services or consultative solutions into growing businesses
Ability to prospect, qualify, and initiate sales conversations
Ability to work independently and understand the importance of sales activity metrics
Motivated to earn more than $150K—80% of target earnings in base and commissions
Willingness to participate in occasional in-person meetings and team collaboration
Preferred
Experience in business development, recruiting, or consultative service roles
