Responsibilities

Concept, storyboard, shoot, and edit cinematic and social-first videos for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Develop and animate motion graphics, lower thirds, title sequences, and transitions to enhance storytelling and brand polish
Integrate 3D renders, CGI elements, and composited graphics into video content where applicable
Collaborate with Videographers on long-form productions such as product features, lifestyle campaigns, and behind-the-scenes stories
Manage video color grading, sound design, and delivery of final exports optimized for multiple platforms
Capture high-quality still photography for social, email, and marketing collateral when needed
Edit and retouch images to align with Velocity’s visual tone and color standards
Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to design layouts, thumbnails, and visuals for social, web, and print campaigns
Maintain visual consistency across all Velocity brands and sub-brands
Create 3D models, lighting setups, and renders of vehicles, parts, or environments for marketing and campaign use
Animate 3D sequences for motion content such as vehicle reveals, product highlights, and digital ads
Work with the Creative Director to establish and evolve the visual language of 3D and CGI integration across Velocity’s ecosystem
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and innovative visual approaches
Maintain organized project files, render outputs, and media libraries within the marketing server ecosystem
Support photo and video shoots, events, and campaign launches as part of the broader creative team

Required

Expertise in videography (shooting, editing, color, audio) and motion graphics (animation, visual effects)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), and experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent)
Skilled in photography, including lighting, composition, and post-production
Strong sense of visual design, typography, and brand storytelling
Understanding of social media content trends, pacing, and optimization
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and ability to travel for shoots
Bachelor's degree in film, media arts, design, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
3+ years of professional experience in a content creation or multimedia design role
Portfolio demonstrating excellence in video, motion design, and 3D rendering; photography samples a plus

Preferred

Experience in automotive, luxury, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred
