Responsibilities
Develop detailed HVAC system designs and 3D models for complex facilities in SmartPlant 3D and other design tools, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards
Prepare design documentation, including drawings, schematics, equipment layouts, and flow diagrams, supporting design reviews and customer submittals
Perform HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork and piping layout design to meet performance and compliance standards
Experience with design/drafting tools, such as AutoCAD, SmartPlant 3D, Revit, etc
Experience working in a project team environment to resolve issues and improve processes
Qualification
Required
Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance
Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire
Proficient with the MS Office Suite
Experience designing HVAC systems, including ducting, sheet metal, and all associated equipment
Develop detailed HVAC system designs and 3D models for complex facilities in SmartPlant 3D and other design tools, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards
Prepare design documentation, including drawings, schematics, equipment layouts, and flow diagrams, supporting design reviews and customer submittals
Perform HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork and piping layout design to meet performance and compliance standards
Experience with design/drafting tools, such as AutoCAD, SmartPlant 3D, Revit, etc
Experience working in a project team environment to resolve issues and improve processes
Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use
High School diploma or equivalent and 12 or more years of relevant experience
Experience with SmartPlant 3D
