Responsibilities
Conduct on-site evaluations to understand pool conditions, renovation opportunities, and customer goals
Own the preparation, accuracy, and presentation of renovation quotes, ensuring alignment with customer needs, project scope, and company standards
Clearly explain renovation scope, pricing, and value to customers, confidently addressing questions and objections
Follow up on quotes and actively drive projects to close
Identify potential project risks or scope changes during evaluations and adjust quotes accordingly
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales and quoting process
Collaborate closely with the Renovations Coordinator to align on scheduling, project readiness, and next steps after quote approval
Partner with the Renovations Technician to validate technical feasibility, scope accuracy, and quote details
Work cross-functionally with Service and Repair teams to ensure clean handoffs and aligned customer expectations
Maintain accurate documentation related to evaluations, quotes, and customer communications
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer-facing sales roles that involve preparing, presenting, and closing service quotes
Strong ability to explain pricing, scope, and value to customers
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs
Comfort using technology for documentation and internal communication
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Renovations Coordinators, Renovations Technicians, and Service/Repair teams
Preferred
Experience in pool renovations or home services
Familiarity with renovation timelines, materials, and quality control standards
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate project challenges
Experience in technical or project-based sales environments
