Responsibilities
Create, maintain and reconcile purchase orders
Verify receipt of items
Work within a larger, fast paced team environment
Submit orders to a variety of vendors
Develop and maintain vendor relations
Maintain product pricing
Track the completion of orders generated within our software system
Qualification
Required
Reliable
Detail oriented
Strong Customer Service skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment
Computer proficiency with Microsoft office programs
Self-motivated, but with the ability to work cohesively with a team
This person must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
Preferred
Familiarity with office copier technology is plus, but not required
