Sales Operations Specialist
Penbrothers is an HR and remote talent management partner, and they are seeking a proactive Sales Operations Specialist to strengthen sales execution. The role involves owning CRM discipline, supporting lead qualification and generation, and ensuring effective follow-through actions in a dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities
Own day-to-day management of Monday.com CRM, ensuring the pipeline is clean, structured, and consistently updated
Maintain accurate deal stages, notes, next steps, and timelines so the pipeline remains actionable
Proactively identify stalled opportunities, missing information, and unclear ownership and drive resolution
Build and maintain basic CRM standards (naming conventions, required fields, hygiene rules)
Review and qualify inbound inquiries before escalating to leadership
Assess lead fit based on customer segment, use case, urgency, and commercial potential
Ensure qualified leads are routed with clear context, notes, and recommended next steps
Filter out low-fit leads early to protect leadership time and improve focus
Support proactive lead generation through target account research, outreach support, and data organization
Build lists of relevant companies across aquaculture, pet food, and livestock markets
Manage conference/event follow-up to ensure leads are captured, tracked, and moved through the funnel
Identify decision-makers and maintain clean contact/account data for follow-ups
Manage scheduling and coordination across time zones, ensuring fast turnaround and minimal friction
Prepare meeting briefs/materials as needed (agenda, context, prior notes, key questions)
Track post-meeting actions and follow-ups to ensure momentum and conversions don’t drop
Maintain a simple follow-up rhythm so next steps are consistently executed
Qualification
Required
At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM management, or Revenue/Sales Support roles
Strong CRM discipline and confidence managing pipelines and sales workflows
Comfortable working with limited documentation and building structure from scratch
Strong written communication and the ability to summarize context clearly for senior stakeholders
High attention to detail with consistent follow-through and task ownership
Strong prioritization skills and ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
Proactive mindset: able to spot gaps, propose improvements, and drive execution without being micromanaged
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preference)
Experience with Monday.com is a strong advantage (other CRM tools are acceptable)
