Responsibilities

L2/L3-level support experience in Azure AD and all its functionalities
Azure Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Azure Policies & Conditional Access Policies
Azure Identity Protection - Analyse and fix risky users and risky logins
Experience in configuring Azure AD SSO using modern auth protocols-SAML, OAUTH, OIDC
Enterprise application and App registration
User and group lifecycle management and access governance
Hands-on experience to automate repetitive IAM tasks using PowerShell, Graph API, or other tools to streamline operations
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for on-premises Identity, Azure Identity protection and MS Defender for cloud apps
Azure AD connect health and monitoring
Working experience in generating Azure AD out of the box reports
Create and maintain detailed documentation of IAM processes, configurations, and automation scripts
Need to develop runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles for team reference
Knowledge on SCIM based (provisioning) integrations in Azure AD
Knowledge of schema updates, handling user management and group management in On-Prem AD
Knowledge of Pass-Thru Authentication (PTA)/Password hash Sync (PHS)
Knowledge of Azure AD Connect Administration
Knowledge of customize sync (inbound and outbound rule) in AADC
Should be able to technically guide and lead team during any critical issues or handling requests
Should be open to work in 24*7 support & rotational shifts and able to support team during any critical incident reporting
Troubleshoot Service-Related Issues and Provide Root Cause Analysis
Must have strong written & clear verbal communication skills
Excellent customer interface skills - communication & ability to deliver presentation, drive meetings. Develop long term valued relationships with the client. Building and maintaining strong client relationships
