They are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant - Entry Level to support transactional accounting functions, accounts payable processing, and general accounting administration.

Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation, processing, and entry of vendor invoices and employee expense reports
Serve as primary support for Accounts Payable as transaction volume grows
Support monthly billing cycles by gathering required backup documentation from project teams
Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and match receipts to expense reports
Support timekeeping compliance and follow up on missing or incomplete timesheets
Assist with issuing client invoices and tracking payment activity
Deposit and post accounts receivable collections, ensuring payments are applied accurately to the correct project
Support month-end close activities and respond to audit requests as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent professional experience
0–5 years of related accounting or financial experience
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Prior experience in engineering, construction, or architectural environments is highly preferred
Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel preferred
