Responsibilities
Process customer orders and send to invoicing. Adjust order quantity when needed
Prepare drivers packet with invoices and paperwork
Troubleshoot system issues and document
Create add-on orders when required
Provide shipping paperwork to night management
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
6 Months - 1 Year of experience
Requires computer knowledge
Ability to problem solve
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Teamwork
Good documentation and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with AS/400 and SAP is a plus
