Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and military personnel to capture and translate complex technical processes into clear, mission-ready documentation
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in existing documentation and resolve communication challenges that impact operational efficiency
Operate within a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability and precision are key—working alongside both civilian and military stakeholders to ensure alignment with Army standards
Develop and maintains user manuals, system guides, and SOPs that directly support mission-critical systems and enhance readiness across the unit
Leverage expertise in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and VISIO, along with familiarity in DoD documentation standards, to produce high-quality deliverables that meet compliance and security requirements
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify documentation gaps and propose effective solutions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously
Familiarity with military terminology and protocols, and ability to adapt writing style to meet DoD standard
Experience supporting U.S. Army or other DoD programs
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience documenting in Agile environments
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT infrastructure
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
