Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all controlling and finance activities within the Division
Partner with Business Units and Senior Management to support data-led decisions and conduct ad hoc analyses to extract actionable business insights
Prepare accurate budgets, forecasts, monthly reporting, and long-term planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and profitability
Coordinate processes for accurate project/product costing and profitability reporting
Drive continuous improvement in controlling processes, tools, and reporting standards
Support M&A activities, including financial analysis and post-merger integration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in controlling or financial management in a fast-paced matrixed or industrial environment
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing small teams
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with attention to details
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions with a customer‑centric mindset
