Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and support enterprise audio-visual solutions for conference rooms and situation rooms

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Surface Hub, Poly, and related AV equipment

Support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Zoom Rooms, ensuring high availability and performance

Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for AV and collaboration issues

Manage AV-related projects, including room builds, upgrades, and technology refreshes

Coordinate with vendors and integrators for procurement, installation, and support

Follow ITIL-based service management practices for incident, problem, and change management

Use ServiceNow for ticket tracking, documentation, and reporting

Create technical documentation, user guides, and operational runbooks

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualification

Required

Demonstrated hands-on experience with enterprise AV systems

CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification (required or strongly preferred)

Experience supporting Teams and Zoom collaboration platforms

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills

Familiarity with ITIL principles and IT service management tools

Experience with ServiceNow
