Responsibilities
Create and post short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Reddit
Design graphics, visuals, and simple animations aligned with the SideKix brand
Shoot, edit, and produce short videos (can be filmed on your phone)
Repurpose content into multiple formats across platforms
Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and campaigns
Help brainstorm trends, hooks, and storytelling angles
Manage gurrila marketing projects
Qualification
Required
A creative mind with artistic instincts
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe tools)
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, iMovie, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
Someone who lives on social media and understands how content performs on each platform
Self-starter with a willingness to learn, experiment, and iterate
Strong attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics
A portfolio is required — even a few examples will help
