Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for contract-related compliance requirements associated with FISA Section 702, EO 12333, and NSCID-5 authorities
Provide authoritative guidance and consultation to program teams on compliance interpretation, implementation, and risk mitigation
Collaborate closely with the Sponsor’s existing contract workforce, leveraging their deep experience to ensure continuity, consistency, and shared understanding
Support compliance alignment across contract execution, ensuring requirements are met without impeding mission outcomes
Act as a liaison between technical, legal, contracting, and operational stakeholders to resolve compliance questions and concerns
Help maintain a strong compliance culture through clear communication, collaboration, and proactive engagement
Qualification
Required

Ten (10) years of experience working in IC
