Regional Sales Manager
Hintech Recruiting LLC is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead a high-performing sales team. The role involves driving sales growth, developing team members, and building strong client relationships while shaping regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Responsibilities
Lead and support a regional sales team to meet revenue and margin goals
Coach, hire, and develop sales reps and associate managers
Work closely with leadership to align sales efforts with company strategy
Build strong relationships with key clients and stay informed on market trends
Collaborate across departments to support growth and service excellence
Analyze performance and market data to guide decisions
Maintain awareness of relevant industry and regulatory developments
Travel extensively within the region to work alongside your team and attend company events. Traveling nationally is also required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2 years of proven sales success, including experience managing a team
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
Experience with relationship-based selling and B2B services
Ability to manage time and territory effectively in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays
Preferred
Medical Industry experience is a plus
