Senior Account Executive – Salesforce Consulting
Mirketa Inc is a California-based digital transformation and consulting firm seeking to hire Senior Account Executives for Salesforce Consulting services. Responsibilities
Identifying, prospecting, and securing business opportunities for Salesforce Consulting and Development services with Nonprofit, Education Institutions, Healthcare Providers and Manufacturing Companies
Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends
Develops new sales Leads/Opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations
Closes new accounts through a structured sales follow-up process
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities within Salesforce ecosystem
Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects and growth opportunities within active and inactive accounts
Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure profitable new business. This may include sales/solutions calls, networking/marketing activities, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals, and client meetings
Work closely with consulting team to strategize and build sales pipelines
Develop an understanding of Mirketa services and offerings and be able to identify opportunities with prospective clients
Strengthen company's brand
Build strategic partnerships with Salesforce Account Executives
Create strategic and tactical plans to uncover and close a wide range of solutions based business
Participate in Marketing Events organized by Salesforce
Build and maintain relationship with Salesforce AEs
Create new opportunities with current accounts
Travel to attend marketing events and meet prospects and clients
Will carry a annual quota of $2m
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen living in US to apply for this job
Will prefer bay area candidates that are open to Hybrid work model
Minimum of 8 years proven direct sales experience with focus in professional services environment in Salesforce ecosystem
Must have met a Sales quota of a $1.5 million in Salesforce consulting services. Will require commission statements to validate that
Must have experience selling software development and consulting services to large enterprise
Must be able to work under pressure with set sales target goals
Must be able to work independently without much supervision
Consultative selling, Polished Corporate Communication Style, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Technical Understanding, Building Relationships, People Skills, Customer Focus, Professionalism, Motivation for Sales
Self-motivated individual who exhibits sense of urgency in all sales and service related activity
Proven track record driving revenue growth in Software Development Services
Experience selling onsite-offshore software development services
Experience with Inside Sales using social media and email marketing
Comfortable in dealing with the highest levels of decision makers in an organization (e.g., VP IT/Engineering, CFO, Director R & D, CIO, etc.)
Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to listen and present appropriate solutions (consulting)
Must have experience generating new business from existing accounts
Bachelor's degree
