Green Key Resources is seeking a dynamic Full Desk IT Recruiter / Business Development Specialist to join their growing IT division. This role involves building and managing a book of business while driving new client relationships and recruiting top IT talent across diverse technical domains.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and onboard new IT clients across industries
Build long-term relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives
Negotiate contracts, fees, and service agreements
Develop a personal portfolio of accounts and maintain a consistent pipeline of requisitions
Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, candidate presentation, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with transparency and professionalism
Maintain market intelligence on salary ranges, certifications, and in-demand skills

Required

Proven success in full desk recruiting or staffing agency environment (IT focus preferred)
Strong business development skills with the ability to generate and grow client accounts
Technical literacy to understand IT roles, stacks, and certifications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously
