Responsibilities
Create a spreadsheet that predicts the staffing and time needed to kit the next day’s production schedule
Study material flow and report on potential improvements in storing and moving materials to the production lines
Do a cost analysis of our current kitting process vs the potential use of an Elektrotek picking robot
Qualification
Required
Minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent
Completion of 2 years of 2 semesters in Industrial Engineering with a minimum 2.75 GPA
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
Communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal communication, and professional written communication
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Creative and analytical problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation quality
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
