Responsibilities
Engage in the treasury operations of companies within the Americas, emphasizing domestic and foreign currency management, revenue and expenditure settlements, account management, trade financing, internal loans, bank loans, investment and wealth management, foreign exchange settlements, and other treasury-related tasks
Oversee the management of company bank accounts. Conduct regular and annual KYC reviews. Act as the primary liaison for external audits and assist in enhancing the systematic management of treasury operations
Gather data on cash positions, financing, foreign exchange exposure/hedging, and capital budgeting/planning. Analyze and alert on any discrepancies and contribute to the development of an overseas treasury information submission system in line with headquarters' specifications on content, format, and frequency
In accordance with the group's decentralization guidelines, monitor the treasury processes of companies in the Americas and assist in the creation of an overseas treasury risk early warning system
Contribute to the development of an overseas treasury platform. Establish standardized operational procedures for overseas treasury functions and foster the growth of overseas financial business capabilities
Qualification
Required
Possess a Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related areas
Proficient in both English and Mandarin; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate or financial institutions treasury
Demonstrated ability to work independently, exhibit strong executive capabilities, and foster a collaborative team environment
Thorough attention to detail coupled with a robust sense of responsibility
