Responsibilities
Build, analyze, integrate, and maintain project and program schedules
Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors for updates and recovery schedules
Identify risks, forecast schedule impacts, and recommend mitigation plans
Monitor progress, implement controls, and develop contingency schedules
Communicate schedule status clearly across teams and stakeholders
Support projects through full lifecycle with a strong understanding of A/E design and construction processes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in project scheduling, planning, and coordination
Strong Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel skills
Solid understanding of project controls, schedule analysis, and reporting
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
Analytical problem‑solving skills and comfort working across all project levels
Familiarity with shared drives, web applications, and change control processes
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Sciences
