Responsibilities
Help lay the foundation of the product — from core workflows and interaction models to the initial design system
Work directly with the founders to translate an early vision into a coherent, usable, and scalable product
Qualification
Required
Experience in product design, particularly in B2B software
Ability to work in a 0→1 environment and thrive in ambiguity
Strong understanding of core workflows and interaction models
Experience in developing design systems
Ability to translate vision into coherent, usable, and scalable products
Strong collaboration skills to work directly with founders
A passion for defining quality in emerging AI categories
Preferred
Experience working with AI-native systems
Familiarity with the Bay area tech scene
