Trainer - Call Center

As the Trainer in the Client Service Center, you will develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff, assess trainee progress, and maintain training materials to ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver successful training to new associates with diverse adult learning styles
Assess trainee progress toward subject matter expertise
Create and maintain department documents and training materials in OneNote
Generate management reports for each training project to assess effectiveness
Develop cross training and refresher modules for staff and leadership
Travel to remote company sites for training sessions of various durations
Serve as the department’s liaison providing feedback by conducting monthly call audits
Qualification
Required
Strong communication & presentation skills; both verbal and written
Intermediate proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and OneNote
Strong organizational and time management skills
Training experience (virtual & in-person)
Available to travel, by air, frequently requiring overnight stay
