Responsibilities

Safely transport bio-oil from rail terminals to our injection sites
Load/unload tanker cars and operate site equipment (pumps, valves, tanks, automation systems)
Monitor flow, pressure, and temperature during injection, responding to alarms in real time
Troubleshoot downtime and share learnings to improve reliability
Perform routine maintenance and coordinate with vendors when needed
Collect, analyze, and prepare shipment of samples
Act as the eyes and ears of the operation—spotting opportunities for improvements
Provide feedback directly to R&D and fabrication teams to help design for operability, maintainability, and efficiency
Maintain a safe, clean site while following all safety instructions and procedures
Use powered equipment (forklift, telehandler, personnel baskets, etc.) for preparation or execution
Help refine and improve standard operating procedures to make us sharper as we scale

Required

2+ years of Class A CDL driving experience
Comfort working around heavy machinery, pumps, valves, tanks, or similar
Experience with mechanical and electrical components, basic troubleshooting
Forklift/telehandler/skid steer/tractor operation (or willingness to learn!)
Autonomous, resourceful, and solutions-oriented under pressure
Physically able to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outside in all conditions
Strong communicator with a 'can do' mindset
Excited to wear multiple hats and influence how we scale carbon removal
