Required

Minimum 10-15 years of total experience within a professional services or technology organization with a demonstrable track record of delivering results
Minimum 5 years of experience selling digital experience technology solutions to C-Suite client stakeholders
Experience in leading large experience transformation deals
Deep understanding of industry & technology market trends
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Proven self-starter with a high degree of initiative and ability to learn quickly
Accountability, ownership, great execution ability, and a positive attitude
Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands of clients
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure
Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred

Digital experience consulting experience is a plus
